Can I get a proof of my order?
We are currently working on implementing a digital online proofing workflow. In the meantime, we will treat your order as follows:
- NO PROOF WILL BE SENT: Unless proof option is selected. If you indicate that your file is press-ready, and do not select the proof option, we will not send you a proof. You are certifying that your prints are ready and accept full responsibility.
- A PROOF IS INCLUDED: If you select any of the 'Need Assistance' options, a .pdf proof is included.
- A PROOF WILL BE SENT: If your believe your files are print-ready, and desire a proof, select the proof option and a proof will be sent for your approval. Please note that this may add time to production turnaround.
- Proofs, as appropriate, will be sent as soon as we are able. Please be patient while our designers prep your files.
What about a physical print proof? Physical print proofs are only available on select products. Call for details.
When will my order be ready?
We are actively working on efficient production. As of now, most products will be complete and ready for pickup in about 10 days from the time of proof approval. There are some products available quicker and have available rush options. Those products are:
- 100 lb Matte Cover
- 100 lb White Linen
- 100 lb Natural Linen
- 110 lb White Linen (or 13 pt)
- 16 pt Matte
Are there foil or raised UV options?
Not available on Graduation Announcements with Blank Envelope. However, availability with limited availability on postcards and flyers in 16 pt Matte stock with Matte Aqueous Coating and only up to 1000 quantity. Please note that no rush is available and special file preparation instructions apply. Contact us and we can email you step by step instructions, or select an appropriate "Need Assistance" option and we'll help you prepare the file for production.
Why did my file get sent back?
Your file may have been returned if we found something wrong or incomplete in the way it was prepared. Generally, this will only happen if we are not helping you with the design of your order.
Please be mindful of your file prep. If you need our assistance we are available to help.
How do I properly prep my files for optimal upload?
Please note the following to decrease the chance of file production errors and file rejection:
- Bleed: 0.1"
- Bleed for Rounded Corners: 0.325"
- Resolution: 350 DPI
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Fonts: Outline all fonts prior to order and upload.
- File Formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, PDF
- Max Upload File Size: 75MB
